Club Criteria:

1. Club must be within a 30 mile radius of 4940 Cascade road, Grand Rapids MI.

2. Must have been in business for a minimum of 2 years.

3.Must be active and in good standing on the Michigan Lara database.

4.Must not have more than 3 complaints on the Michigan Better Business Bureau Website

5.Club must do background checks on all coaches working with athletes.

6.Club must provide a W4 and EIN.

 

Athlete Criteria:

1. Must meet funding criteria

2.Must live within a 90 mile radius of 4940 Cascade Road, Grand Rapid, MI
